Our Customer Service team includes the National Customer Centre and Equipment Services team. The 300 seat National Customer Centre (NCC) is based in St Leonards, NSW and provides customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 75% of the CCA customer base interacts through the NCC and they handle millions of customer interactions each year making it a dynamic and exciting part of the business.
The NCC also coordinates our Equipment Services team, our experienced technicians who provide advice on how to care for equipment to keep it running efficiently, and call on our customers to repair, service and remove equipment.
