With a team of passionate and dedicated individuals across Australia, 8 manufacturing sites and 39 production lines, CCA manufactures 148 million physical cases of product each year.

JOB PROFILE
Despatch Controller
A key member of our Warehouse team, you will be responsible for using our Warehouse Management System move product smoothly through our warehouses, to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, on time, every time. To succeed in this role you have to be systems savvy, be able to plan effectively and have a passion for customer service!
Manufacturing Team Member
These are the people who keep our production lines running in all our plants around Australia.  It’s a fast paced, team based, results driven environment.  If you are mechanically minded, thrive on solving problems, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and like shift work, a career in Manufacturing could be what you’re looking for!
Manufacturing Team Leader
Responsible for leading teams to achieve safety, production, quality, cost and environment targets, this is an important frontline leadership role with a strong focus on coaching and developing team members, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.  If you have leadership experience in a fast paced production environment and enjoy getting the best out of people, this could be the next step in your career! 
Production Scheduler
Our Production Schedulers work with our Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning and Sales teams to ensure that optimum quantities of the right product are available in the most timely and cost effective manner.  To be successful you’ll have experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, strong SAP/computer skills, great communication skills and be able to multi-task!
Dispatch Coordinator
Our Dispatch Coordinators plan and organise the physical distribution of our products to ensure a best-in-class delivery service. Through effective planning, collaboration and communication with the rest of the Distribution team and our contractors, Dispatch Coordinators help us to get the right products to our customers on time, every time.
