A common misconception is that “Coke sells itself”, however managing the task of selling some of the world’s most recognised beverage and food brands takes a huge amount of skill, leadership, passion and innovation to continue to drive profitable growth and EBIT targets for the CCA business and our customers.

Put simply, our Sales teams are responsible for getting our enviable product onto store shelves and into the hands of consumers.

We service a wide range of customers including Australia’s largest retail grocery stores; Woolworths and Coles, independent grocery outlets, petrol and convenience stores, as well as sporting arenas, hotels, restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and even your local milk bar.  This means we have a huge variety of roles and career opportunities within sales, the largest division in CCA. These opportunities include business management, account management, field management, trade marketing, field sales, sales capability, merchandising and graduate roles.

JOB PROFILE
Business Development Executive
In this frontline sales position you'll partner with our retail customers, negotiate sales terms and positively represent our brands. If you like dealing with numbers, volumes and targets and building relationships, this could be your ideal role.
Customer Service Representative
As part of a customer facing sales team, you'll use your ability to build value-added relationships to deliver a quality service by identifying areas of opportunity, exploring customer needs, and selling new ideas.  If you have limited sales experience, but are a strong communicator and can build rapport this is the perfect training ground to kick start your sales career.
Business Manager
As a Business Manager you will manage state or national account within Australia.  In all of these roles, you will require a depth of experience and understanding of FMCG or similar industry as well as an affinity for developing strong business relationships and solutions for your portfolio.  You will be comfortable in a target driven environment and demonstrate an understanding of the complexities of achieving sales and volume growth.
