The state-of-the-art blending, roasting, and packaging equipment at head-office in Fairfield employs the latest technology to produce the most consistent, high quality and freshest blends.

Sales and Customer Service
The Sales and Customer Service Team at Grinders has a diverse number of roles. From the front line Sales Representatives, Marketing, Customer Service, Training and even Retail, every single one of our employees plays an integral role in ensuring the customer is delivered a quality service.

Finance
The Grinders Finance team works closely with Operations & Logistics and Sales & Customer Service to provide financial leadership and analysis to grow the business as well as continual improvement of processes and financial operational support.

Operations and Logistics
The Operations and Logistics team works with state of the art technology ensuring the ongoing superior quality of all blends of Grinders Coffee from roasting to delivery of product to our customers.
